Socially I like to Surf, Ski, Climb, CrossFit, Kayak, Mountain-bike, Sail and pretty much anything else that gets me out and keeps me fit. A little closer to home I enjoy good food, good drink and movies.

I am a successful business leader with European/Global practice and expertise across software, agriculture and research industries. I have proven acumen of business transition, leading new business and revenue growth.

- Led implementation of new sales strategy, including CRM, contracts and functions
- Developed and sold client with contract value of £600k
- 7X revenue from £150k to £1.1M. M/S growth of 3% to 25%. Profitability (GP) held at 51%

Personal Development
I trained in Crop Protection Agronomy through Harper Adams University, studied Marketing & Sales Excellence through INSEAD and sat on several industry committees.
Currently I am working with the University of Cambridge, enhancing my skills in Business Management, Marketing and Growth.
I also volunteer at Form The Future - opening students' eyes to a wide range of possibilities and challenge them to think broadly and divergently about their future career options.
